Vietnamese entry Visa is required for all foreigners wishing to visit Vietnam except for citizens of countries having bilateral agreements on visa exemption with Vietnam.
Type of Visa
1. Tourist Visas
- Only for single entry
- Maximum stay in Vietnam of one month
- Tourist visas may be extended after your arrival in Vietnam
2. Diplomatic and official Visas
- No fees unless otherwise agreed upon between Vietnam and applicant s country
- On applying this visa, the applicant must submit an official letter from the concerned agencies of locall government, foreign embassies or consulates accredited to the applicants country, internationall organizations, or other accredited organizations based in that country
3. Business or other types of Visas
- On applying this visa, the applicant should obtain the approval through their sponsor in Vietnam
- Multiple entry and stay of 3 month or 6 month is possible
How to get visa approval?

I-Apply by yourself at the embassy or consulate of Vietnam in your country

2. Documents needed: Passport of 6 months validity, visa application forms, and probably some others required by the embassy or consulate.
The visa application form may vary from Embassy to Embassy, so you need to take the form from the specific Embassy where you will obtain your visa. Submit this form filled with your original passport, 2 or 3 photos, accompanied by the visa fee. If you apply directly to The Embassy, your information will then be sent to Hanoi for approval. Therefore, it will take between 4 to 10 days depending on your country of origin. In case the Visa has already been approved at the Hanoi Immigration Office, this will then take only one day. The tourist visa is for a single entry only and a one-month stay, but it can be extended after you enter Vietnam. Diplomatic, official visas, business and other types of visas should be handled through the official agencies or government or business sponsor of the traveler.

Visa on Arrival: we process visa for you through Immigration department. The Immigration department will issue the visa approval, and send us the original one. We will scan the Approval letter and send to you. You should print it out and bring along with you and show at Immigration desk at the airport when you be landing Vietnam . Then the entry visa will be stamped on your passport at Immigration desk at the airport before you entry the checkin point. Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai and Danang are the international airports where you are allowed to get this type of Visa
Please remember to bring at least 2 photos of passport regulation size (3 x 4)
Approval Code Visa: After approval, we will fax or email you a copy of the Approval letter with code as an attachment. You will then have to proceed to the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in your country to obtain your visa.
